Hi I am Rupert, a photographer based in Gold Coast, Australia who is seeking to capture the identities, expressions, and auras of people & places.

I Started out with a 35mm film camera my father gifted me in the 1980’s and developing black & white photo’s in a dark room and I am now using a mirrorless camera and Capture One. While I still adore using film I rarely post them to Instagram unless they have been picked up by a magazine or gallery.

Currently I have a selection of works on display at Sens Cafe, 2 Como Crescent Southport. While these works are of an Australiana nature and there are many more available within my back catalogue.

Currently the camera’s in my rotation are a Canon EOS R5mk2, Nikon FM2 & a Mamiya rb67 proSD.
